REFUND POLICIES
Welcome to Simpler Wellness & Simpler Nutrition, Herbs, Vida's educational events, services, and products!

We hope you are happy with your purchase. Here are our reschedule, cancellation, and refund policies.
Event Refunds
REFUNDS: We want you to be satisfied with our relationship. If we ever say or do something that upsets you or doesn’t feel right, please bring it up. We promise to do what is necessary to make you satisfied.
However, if you are not satisfied, refunds (less payment fees) are only available for people who attend our events and are unhappy with the quality of the program, support group, or event.

MISSED EVENTS: Persons who miss a non-recorded event (integration group, ect) are given credit (on a case-by-case basis) toward an upcoming event to be used within 1 (one) year of the original purchase.

CANCELATIONS: In the case that Simpler Wellness (DBA Simpler Nutrition Herbs Vida) has to cancel an event, tickets will be automatically updated to the new date and time. If the event is not able to be rescheduled for any reason, credit will be given toward purchases on alteredstatesintegration.com

LATE ENTRY: Support Groups are designed to be a sacred and safe place. Coming late to a group can be disruptive so late entry may be denied after the first 15 minutes to maintain the container. We request to arrive 5 minutes before the designated start time.


MNT & Coaching Refunds
Expectations: Our clients call on time. They come to the call with updates, progress and current challenges. Let us know what you want to focus your work on, and be ready to be coached. This includes being in a place that is Clients are responsible for navigating email reminders and website access.

Rescheduling: Please go to the website to make any changes to your appointment at least 24 hrs in advance. Make sure you are logging in with the email you booked your service with. There is no fee for this type of change.

Canceling: If you are unable to rebook using the website and need to cancel until a better time is available, please send us a message at least 24 hours in advance. There will be a 10$ rebooking fee payable before the rebooked appointment is attended. A credit of the original fee minus the 10$ administration fee can also be given to be used towards upcoming events or recorded webinars.

However, it is necessary for the client to implement the coaching that is given to feel that coaching is a success. You have hired a coach to do things differently than you ever have before. If you choose to not use the coaching and keep doing what you have always done, you will get the results you have always gotten. So to that end, refunds will only be given to clients who are unsatisfied after trying to implement the behavior goals agreed upon in a session. All refunds are subject to a 10$ admin fee and less credit card fees.
